And many thanks to a great suggestion by my good buddy to do a re-visit to one of his Fav Eats,i was happy that i could once again enjoy this "oldie but goodie" relaxing eats !!!
There are a few experienced senior staffs who probably worked there a very long time ! Their service and recommendation was excellent for their Menu and Wine List ! And we decided it on French Fine Wine :
Enjoyed their warm Bread Rolls in the Basket especially with hot cheese ( not too keen on the pickles ! )
Then i had a "tough time" to decide on both the Appetizer and Main Course because there were several Favs Signature Eats that i missed....eg - for Appetizer,it was : Pan Fried Goose Liver or Fresh Oysters & several others....so since it was awhile since i enjoyed Fresh Juicey Oysters....

With Mr.Poh around to give excellent hospitality and he will always try his best to assist if there are any special request liked birthday cake at short notice ! And because of this,there are many loyal regulars !

Of course after enjoying both the above,i was looking forward to a sweet finale to a truly enjoyable dinner ! ( already hoping for more "re-visits" to the above !!! ) It was time for their ever popular classical Signature Dessert because i always enjoy watching the preparation and cooking by their senior manager on the small tableside....then he will add brandy...there will be flame....very appetizing indeed !!!....

With all the New Celebrity Eats opened,personally i still enjoy TAVERN very much !!! And i will highly recommend it for a enjoyable or romantic dinner !!! Looking forward to taste more of their Signature Eats soon !!!
