It have been almost a year since I last YUM CHA @ Imperial Treasure @ ONE DEG 15 Sentosa ! And now it's so developed already with all the Condos around and it also looked quite "filled up with all the expensive yachts ! ( When ONE Deg 15 first opened,few of my good friends joined as "pioneer members" & then Imperial Treasure there became one of our Fav Saturday Yum Cha Venues !!! Then later after their Imperial Treasure @ Marina Bay Sands opened,we moved over to there !!! ;-) ) I always enjoy the drive there especially the weather is fine and windy !!! And I thought is was a good idea to "after Yum Cha @ The China Club with a Scenic View ( see earlier posting please !!! ;-) then show this beautiful Marina - ONE Degree 15 to my friend MW & of course do a Re-Visit & Tasting !!! ;-)
It was nice to see their Manager - "Ah Leong" ( who was Ex-Lei Garden,Chijmes many years ago ! ) And I requested him to arrange some of their Popular Dim Sums for our YUM CHA !!! As always he have arranged a nice table with a scenic view !!! ;-)

Personally I felt "the Taste & Standard of some of the above Dim Sum was Inconsistent to my other Fav Imperial Treasure @ both Marina Bay Sands and Great World City !!!" I guessed with several Imperial Treasures now & just opened another @ ASIA SQUARE,their Central Kitchen will have a real challenge to transport & deliver to every outlet to provide the same quality and standard !!! ;-)
