It was Great Timing that when I wanted to host a VIP Client and several good friends @ THE CHINA CLUB with my Fav Scenery -
( And of course,I need to arrange ahead my Fav VIP Room to "impress" my Important Good Friends with the above Scenic View of both Sentosa and our New Cruise Centre to have a more Enjoyable Lunch Get Together ! ) -
their experienced MASTER CHEF YIM YIU WING ( from Hong Kong ) presented several New Creations to add to the MENU !!! And I have to "consult" their good Manager Vincent and he highly recommended the following -

Guessed both their GM Helen Wong and Manager Vincent must have heard too often my gentle request for New Premium Tea so finally there were Introductions of the following -
From Left to Right - ( Please note this Infomation is provided on the New Gourmet Tea Menu ) -
- KUDING TEA - originate from Guangxi province.It is a traditional Health Drink,known for it's many medicinal properties such as Cooling,Detoxifying,Promoting Blood Circulation and Aiding Digestion.The Taste is Bitter but a somewhat sweet aftertaste. Regular Consumption of this tea helps to reduce Blood Pressure and Control Obesity - $8 per pax
- JIN JUN MEI - a premium grade Red Tea that hails from the Wuyi Mountain.The young buds are harvested at 1500m above sea-level.The buds are carefully hand-processed by the skilled Tea Master to achieve the supreme quality and taste.Every 500 grams of this red tea require tens of thousand of young buds.Indeed a Rare Tea to be much appreciated. Regular consumption aids in the supplement of Calcium and Magnesium needed for the development of Strong Teeth and Bones -$10 per pax
- XIN YANG MAO JIAN - this Exotic Green Tea is grown in Henan province,China.It has since been hailed as one of the China finest teas.Harvested using the one bud one leave standard,every cup of Mao Jian is a testament of good crispy taste ! It had Anti-Cholesterol built up agents and Anti-Oxidants as well ! - $6 per pax
And since it was a really humid afternoon,this was probably the Best Option to "cool down" -
