After I have Googled for all Eats Reviews for the above - my Fav - Hong Kong - Cantonese Eats - PARK PALACE @ Grand Park City Hall,I believed my Posting is the Most Updated Review !!! ;-)
If you have viewed my other Postings from - Crystal Jade,East Ocean to Imperial Treasure - I Most enjoy their Chef - Chan Kung Lai - ( Ex-Lei Garden ) Creative Cooking ( specialising in SHUNDE dishes - a taste of traditional eats from the Guangdong Province ) and of course I can always rely on their experienced ( from Hong Kong ) Restaurant Manager - CK Shek for his excellent Lunch Selection always because he definitely will not do any "hard sell" on any Expensive Dishes ( unless you request for it ! ) and he also have a very good understanding of our good taste especially since we are there "almost every Saturday for Enjoyable Get Together YUM CHA Session"so we will usually "leave it to CK to arrange a very delicious lunch menu !!!" ;-)
Just to Share My Thoughts that - currently their Hotel Location may be "currently not so trendy liked Orchard or MBS" ( but probably with once the 5 Star Project under construction nearby completed,I predict there will be more traffic and interest !!! ;-) )
And since there are hardly any Eats Reviews on Park Palace,this have really made one of my Fav Eats an "under rated HK Cantonese & SHUNDE Eats ( for tis eats,their "competitor" is Jade Palace @ Forum ! ) But it's Ok for Park Group Boss because their business is well supported with events liked weddings or business seminars ( so it will best that you make reservations ! ) And most important it's well appreciated by their strong following of Regular VIPs who appreciate and enjoy the Chef's excellent cooking with their cosy and comfortable Decor !!! Best of all I can also BYO and enjoy Wine Tasting with my Good Friends !!!" ;- )
