Recently the Management must realised and "fixed the slow biz situation immediately" by positioning their Head Chef @ LEI GARDEN ORCHARD from their Flagship @ CHIJMES ! And also other changes - there was several New Captains that were transferred from their overseas HK and Beijing Eats to boost up both their service and business !!! So the place was really packed that we were fortunate to enjoy our wonderful HAIRY CRAB Dinner @ our Favourite Table !!! ;-)
Personally I enjoy the LEI GARDEN for a very long time in both Singapore and Hong Kong very much !!! There were several birthdays and Chinese New Year celebrations ! And of course "countless YUM CHAs and Enjoyable Dinners !!! It's really deserved their MICHELIN STAR Rating because of their "high standard and quality Cantonese Eats !!!" ;-)
