LEI GARDEN @ Orchard Shopping Centre,Singapore - "FAV & Enjoyable Dinners" Year 2010 - ( CLOSED )

LEI GARDEN in both Singapore and Hong Kong are definitely my No.1 FAVs Hong Kong Cantonese Eats !!! Over here,for a very long time i have been a "loyal customer" & enjoyed Yum Cha @ Chijmes and Live Seafood Dinner @ Orchard with my good friends and VIP Clients.And when i'm in Hong Kong,it will be IFC,Central for Yum Cha ! ( Reservations is a Must because there's a long waiting list ! )

Their Chef standard of cooking and quality and taste is always consistently high and excellent ! And their staffs are all so well trained that their "competitors" will try their best to hire them ! I enjoyed especially their Daily Soups and also their Double Boiled Tonic Soups very much ! And of course their Live Seafood promotions ! It really reminded me so much of "having a good Cantonese Eats in Hong Kong" !

But with so much "competition from others near both locations" i have noted their business have been affected because it's no longer as "packed" as before on weekdays but there is still a "strong & loyal followings both locals liked myself and Japanese expats !!!"

CHILLED LIVE RED FLOWER CRAB "TEO CHEW" STYLE

Just liked in Hong Kong,the Chef always need to be very innovative with new creations for Mini - Appetizers  such as :

BARBEQUED SUCKLING PIG SKIN
SERVED ON GLUTINOUS RICE
WITH GREEN SALAD

And of course their Daily & Double Soups are very high standards ! But it's their Chicken Shark Fins Soup that are really excellent !!!
