Had a Biz Meet nearby ! And i have walked by Black Coffee several times and noticed that it's cosy and comfortable with many Execs sipping their coffee chatting away ! So since i was looking for breakfast,i decided to check out this joint ! The morning biz seem really good with the cashier shouting customer's name and request them to pick out their orders ! The Desserts display was "making eyes" at me ! But it was too early to enjoy that so i checked with this waiter about their Best Selling Breakfast items.And he quickly apologised that he only started work a few days ago ! And so i had to look up the Chalk Board with all the different items there ! ( This Chalk Board seem liked the trend liked WILD HONEY ! )
I decided to order their SCRAMBLE EGGS WITH SMOKED SALMON and ICED CAFFE LATTE.
Because i had this once in one of the Deli's in HONG KONG and i really hope that it will taste as good !
But i was disappointed that The Smoked Salmon was really saltish ! And then there was a "housefly making dives into my food !"...But i liked their Bread and Salad ! And the Scramble Eggs portion was quite a lot !And personally i shouldn't have ordered a Iced Caffe Latte so early in the morning.It should have been a Hot Caffe Latte so that i can really enjoy the type of Coffee Beans they were using !
Later i realised that i have already tried their outlet at TRIPLE ONE SOMERSET.And i thought that it was above average and the Decor there is not as good as this one at Hitachi Tower !
If there's a chance or maybe my client or friend would like to have a cuppa,then i look forward to another visit here ! And try out their TIRAMISU !
