YU MEI MEI SHI @ Havelock Road Food Centre,Singapore - "FAV FISH SOUP" - Year 2010 - 2011 -

Many thanks to my parents who introduced me to the above ! It's now my Fav FISH SOUP Eats ! Personally i will request for the Slices of Body Parts of GROUPER FISH with Sliced Bitter Gourd and Thick Bee Hoon Soup ! ( Normal Order For Me Will Be : $8.00 / Min Order ( for Grouper) : $6.00 per Bowl )

I heard the Boss - BENSON will go on a early morning hunt in several markets for the Freshest Catch Of The Day ! And personally i think it's really Fresh ( some days you can enjoy when it taste liked Live Fish ! )
Their opening times are : 930am and it will be good to have a late breakfast or early lunch liked 10 - 11am timing.Because his wife actually cooked each order at time so the "waiting time can be quite long !" And this Food Centre is also a Taxi Driver Fav Eats location so sometimes the Car Park is filled with Taxis !

There are also other options liked Seafood Soup with Rice.Or Sliced Fish with their "home made" Fish Balls ! And also other Vegetable liked Chye Sim instead of Bitter Gourd ! And i usually enjoy this with the "home made" BELACAN ( Shrimp Paste ) And the Soup actually have this Chinese Wine in it ! And usually i will lapped it up !!! It's really the BEST and i will try to enjoy this at least once a week !!!
