The HK Cantonese scene here have been really competitive with the introduction of so many other "big HK Canto Eats players liked Fook Yuen,East Ocean,Crystal Jade and Victoria Peak from Hong Kong" ! And later "Made In Singapore HK Canto Eats - IMPERIAL TREASURE !" And since LEI GARDEN was the No.1 Player,several lower ranked Ex-Lei Garden Chefs and Management Staffs either was poached or left to join some of these HK Eats !!!
Both my good buddy J LEE and myself have many enjoyable and memorable meals here ! And both his family and company had most Lunar New Year Reunion Dinners here too !
Since we was at their other branch at Orchard Building recently,we decided to have a light Yum Cha here.
Their finely crafted Dim Sum and Soup Of The Day or Double Boiled Soups or Steamed Fish have always been consistently very good standards ! And of course their staff service have been excellent always from the time you enter and leave with your good name being "echoed" by all the staffs !!!
Always looking forward to my next enjoyable meal here !!!
