After our 1st Tastings @ the newly opened IMPERIAL TREASURE STEAMBOAT @ TRIPLE ONE,it's currently Fav No.1 Eats !!! ;-)
We enjoyed very much their wide selection of - Live Seafood,Fresh Vegetable & Quality Meat - Pork and especially their USA Choice Short Rib Beef ( $28 ) Since I have not tasted before Steamboat Hong Kong Style,there are some Interesting Eats liked - Fried Beancurd Skin Rolls ( see photo below - best enjoyed by a quick dip in the steamboat and eat it ! ) And then there are different types of Freshly Made Balls - made from Cuttlefish,Canton Mud Carp and Pork ! And also I liked the idea of DIY your own sauce from the tray of various type of sauces ! Or you can also request the waitress to arrange and prepare according to your preference !!! ;-)
For the MENU - there are Set Menus available and also you can order Ala Carte.And the probable spending can range from $50 per pax upwards depending the type of Live Seafood you order liked - Live Prawns on the skewer ( $7 for 100g ) Spotted Garoupas ( $24 for 100g ) Geoduck Clams ( $15 for 100g )
And then the type of BROTH liked my Fav will be their - Imperial Drunken Chicken Soup and Drunken Chicken With Ginseng ( $21 each ) And another Fav will be - Pork Bone's Soup With Tomato & Potato ( $12 ) ;-)
Note that : Only Two Small VIP Rooms that have seating for : 10 pax max ( Reservation Recommended !!! )
