And I was looking forward to another visit to my now No.1 FAV Japanese Eats in Hong Kong - SUSHI HIRO ( which i pre-booked on my 1st Tasting on my 1st Nite this trip - for a nice section of the Sushi Bar for my VIP - JL !!! ;-) ) Just luv the idea of "interaction with the Master Sushi Chef and watching him & other Chefs at work ! It definitely build up the appetite !!! ;-)
It was a nice cool evening walk from our hotel passing and then to CANTON Road with that long stretch of Branded Shopping ! ( And also it's good also if you feel really "stuffed" from your meal to enjoy a nice walk indoor too,it's definitely great for digestion ! ;-) )
And for out above Dinner Tasting - "this time we will leave our stomachs in Chef SUZUKI-san's skillful hands till we are put up our hands to show that we had enough & happy already !!!" It will be his recommendation for the freshest & seasonal ala carte Menu ( which is definitely more interesting & delicious ! And also more expensive vs the Dinner Set Menu ! But it's still worth the experience while sipping my Japanese Plum Wine !!! ;-) )
We really enjoyed the Freshness & Taste of the Imported Seafood !!!
And it was another enjoyable & memorable dinner in Hong Kong !
Will definitely return for more next year !!!
