LEI GARDEN @ IFC MALL,Central,HONG KONG - "My Birthday Lunch With HIEN" - April 29 2011

Since i had enjoyed my past Eats to the above & it was also the best Yum Cha location to "catch up" with my good Buddy - HIEN who's office was also in the same building,i decided to re-visit the above ! Liked the above Decor because it's excellent for both business entertainment and after shopping,you can enjoy fine Cantonese Eats !!!

Of course since Lei Garden in Singapore is one of my Fav HK Cantonese Eats,I feel "very comfortable" with their good service and Menu ! And i was told that "most of the popular Eats in Central need at least 2 weeks reservation" so when i was having lunch @ Lei Garden Orchard,Singapore a few days before my trip with another good friend - ERIC,i quickly requested them to assist with my "birthday lunch" reservation at IFC ! ;-)

My good Buddy HIEN was slightly late so he requested me to order first & I was hoping the Captain - Lily Chan ( who was serving our section ) was a bit more experienced ( and i also didn't want to order & taste same Dim Sum Eats that also available in Lei Garden Singapore ! ) but since she's so friendly & it was also my birthday,so i just wanted to enjoy a good meal with HIEN ! So we just decided a "Light Yum Cha Menu" which of couse - Must Order - their Daily Double Boiled Soup ( Always enjoyed LEI GARDEN Soups very much !! ) and a few Dim Sum Eats :

- Steamed Beef Balls - ( 1st time tasting this @ Lei Garden ! )

- Roasted Pigeon - Enjoyed the Crispy Skin and Tender Meat Very Much ! Excellent Taste !!!

- Later Realised That My Buddy - HIEN don't have a Vegetable Diet so I tried eating as much as i can ( Must not waste any !!! )... Anyway I Enjoyed All Types Of Vegetables Available in Hong Kong !!! ;-)

- Since yesterday's Yum Cha @ VICTORIA CITY with my good friends - Gary & Phyllis - i already enjoyed my Birthday Long Life Noodles in Soup,i decided to order the above style instead ! Enjoyed !!! ;-)

- This Is My Buddy Hien's Fav Chinese Sweets - Egg Tart !!! Good Idea since i didn't have time to walk to the shop near YUNG KEE for this !!! ;-)

- This 2011 Birthday was really Special !!! - I Enjoyed the Most Nos Of "Chinese Birthday Buns" In All the Pre & Actual Birthday Meals Celebrations ! Great Feeling Especially Enjoying It Together With All My Close & Good Friends !!!
