Similar to Park Palace,we also enjoy Special VIP Treatment especially because of our Special Connection !!! ( Google - Weekly Club ShareFavEatsAlways ! ) And I do enjoy the the different Scenic Views depending which VIP Rooms !!! ;-)
Here's their Current Promotion - Rice Dumplings ( at their Reception area ) which their Lady Boss was so nice to arrange some Tastings ( which tasted very nice ! ) -
And I enjoy BYOs with all the Recommended Wines ( by my good "Wine Guru" - Liong TC ) for our Saturday Lunch Session and so far we have tasted and enjoyed -

As usual just liked Park Palace,since we Regulars,we will leave our SATURDAY LUNCH MENU to their "famous Hainanese Lady Bosses" to arrange for us to enjoy ! And of course it will really great if there are some New Chef Creations ( we were told by their Big Boss that the Chef and other Key Management will travel every few months to check out New Chinese Eats there !!! ;-) )

| - tis is a Dim Sum that will show the standard of their Dim Sum Chef liked - the texture of the skin,the soup inside,the shape ( and you can see it somehow "shrunk" already by the time it was served !!! ) ;-) |

| - Thought tis Fried Chee Cheong Fun with XO Sauce was "quite special" !!! ;-) |

- SPECIAL DISHES - Usually we will order Plain Porridge ( this is another good test of their Chef's cooking standard just liked Fried Rice !!! Because this are Very Basic Chinese Eats !!! ;-) ) with a few Special Dishes !!! And also We enjoyed this "Live Fish Soup Noodles" so much in our previous Lunch that we requested this again !!! ;-)

It was another Scenic View from our VIP Room and It will be changed in a few years time when another Iconic Building across Raffles Hotel is built.And there's also another Interesting Project @ The Capitol area which now under construction !!! ;-)
