CHUI HUAY LIM TEOCHEW CUISINE - "Special Introduction Lunch By Our Good Host - JANSEN EK !!!" - JULY 2012

Actually I have been looking forward to check out the above CHUI HUAY LIM for the Teochew Eats since it was opened by the Jumbo Group last year ! It was Interesting to make Tastings comparison with other Popular Local Teochew Eats liked HUNG KANG and HUAT KEE ( I am "allergic to both their Cooking !!! Feel very thirsty after the meal too !!! ;-( ) before we consider UpMarket Teochew Eats liked - VS my Fav Hong Kong Teochew Eats - EAST OCEAN and also both CRYSTAL JADE GOLDEN PALACE and IMPERIAL TREASURE especially on both their Quality and Standards !!! ;-)

So it was really good that finally I can make this 1st Time Eats with my good friend and Host - Jansen & Doris who were really nice to invite my parents and myself for lunch to introduce and enjoy a "big selection of their Signature Teochew Eats !!!" ;-)

Read that "Only Teochew can join this Club so it's really good that both the above - Chui Huay Lim Teochew Cuisine and another Teochew Eats - NG AH SIO Bak Kut Teh ( owned and managed by my Teochew Friend - Mr.Ang - Boss of Jumbo Group ) are opened to Non-Members to enjoy this $70million Club !!! ;-)

DECOR - Personally I found the Main Dining Area was "acceptable" and the smaller tables are really small and close to the next table so I will "think twice to order more or invite a VIP Client there unless I can request a bigger table in case there are any business discussion after enjoying their Signature Teochew Eats !!!" And I walked by their VIP Rooms but I actually was Not Impressed at all !!! ;-)

Since our Good Host - Jansen have been dining at this exclusive Teochew Club several times already,it will be best for him to decide on our Lunch Menu ! And as always,being "a very generous Host,he probably ordered enough for table of 8 paxs "( our lunch was 5 paxs only ) and the portions were actually quite large too especially their Teochew Fried Oyster Omelette !!! ;-)
