And of course to Enjoy the Special Taste of SHANGHAI HAIRY CRABS -
My good friend - JL - especially ordered from their WINE MENU - "20 Years Old Chinese Wine" ( It was my 1st time to appreciate such Aged Chinese Wine & it tasted wonderful !!! ;-)
And since it was very good Chinese Wine, I sipped it slowly & my good MATE - JL , ( who's very familiar with XIAO NAN GUO in China ) he was happy to share & ordered all his FAVs from ( experienced & professional ) Supervisor - IVY YU !!! ;-)
Meanwhile i was "quite busy" enjoying their delicious - Signature APPETIZERs ( in case if it's your 1st Meal then these are Must Order ! ) :

Both of the Above are my FAV Shanghainese Eats & it was cooked very well ( If there was less Dishes on our Dinner Menu,i would order some Fav Shanghainese Dim Sums liked - "Pan-Fried Crispy Pork Soup Buns" & other Dishes that I saw & salivate on other tables near our table !!! - Will definitely check it out my Next Hong Kong trip - next Spring 2012 !!! ;-) ) I especially enjoyed their above "HONG SHAO ROU" !!! ;-)
And since i LUV Chinese Soups - their "Double-Boiled Fish Maw,Sea Whelk & Chicken Soup" was the Best that I have tasted because their High Quality ingredients ! And i was "not shy to enjoy more helpings from the Large Soup Pot !!!" ;-)
We just ordered our second "20 Years Old" Chinese Wine ! Excellent Timing !!! Then I ( can't recalled when was the last time so ) have been looking forward - "it was our Steamed SHANGHAI HAIRY CRAB time !!!" The Taste of both the Hairy Crab Roe and the Chinese Wine was already Special then plus it was definitely a Super Holiday Feeling,it was Extra Special !!! ;-)
After enjoying the above & sipping our HOT GINGER TEA,then there was another STEAMED HERRING ( and it was a good idea that it was 1/2 portion only ! Because we actually quite filled & also please note that "you need to enjoy this slowly because there are lots of Fish Bones !!! )
And my good friend shared that "if you are having a meal @ XIAO NAN GUO,then you must order their Signature Noodles - BRAISED NOODLES ( With SCALLION SAUCE ) - which is also My Fav ( at CRYSTAL JADE La Mein Xiao Long Bao ! ) but I really enjoyed this much more !!! ;-)
I was impressed with their Tasteful DECOR ! And also their Staff Service from their Reception to Main Dining Area especially their Supervisor IVY YU ( who arranged a nicely Printed Menu for Me ! ) who especially arranged their "Signature Shanghainese Desserts" - which was a Perfect Finale to our Enjoyable Dinner !!! ( Btw i have already jotted down my Must Taste Next HK Trip - Crispy Pancakes filled with lightly sweetened Red Bean Paste and Ripe Bananas & topped with a Sprinkling of Coconut flakes & Peanuts !!! Wow ! Are you Salivating Already or Just Booked Your Flight Online ??? Wahaha !!! ) ;-) :
And for my Next Visit - I would like to check out their FLAGSHIP located @ ONE PEKING to enjoy High Quality Shanghainese with a Panoramic View of Victoria Harbour !!! And even better "it will be to fly to their PUDONG Branch in SHANGHAI !!!" because I have just became One of their Many Loyal Followers !!! ;-)
PS - Of course i appreciated very much as always - JL's kind intentions & good suggestion "for the After Dinner Scenic Walk on the Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade with the Statue of BRUCE LEE and also Hand Prints of other Famous Stars !" ( It was my 1st Time !!! And it was great for Digestion after all the above delicious Shanghainese Eats !!! ;-) )
